Sparkler Filters

The cartridge assembly of a Sparkler Filter consists of plates, perforated screens, spacers & filter media. The complete system is mounted on a SS trolley with necessary pump & pipings. The unfiltered liquid is fed into the central part of the machine, giving high pressure from bottom inlet.

The filter media filters the liquid, when the whole liquid spreads out equally on each plates. The solid content remain on filter media & the filtered liquid gets collected in the shell, which then is discharged through outlet. After completion of the filtration process, the cake is cleaned from the filter material & is recycled again.
