Rotocone Vacuum Dryers

Used for the purpose of low temperature mixing and drying of highly heat sensitive chemicals. It is a user friendly equipment with low consumption of space and cost effectiveness. Rotocone Vacuum Dryer (RCVD) is suitable for drying of materials which cannot resist high temperature, material which are easily oxidized, volatile materials which should be retrieved, materials which are strong irritants and poisonous in nature.

The drying unit equipped with lump breakers, which initially breaks large lumps and subsequently powders them (in single cone). The rotary action of the dryer together with mechanical action of the breakers cuts down drying time and gives a lump free product.

Usage: Ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, Agro chemical, fine chemical and food industries.
